The publication of Roy P. and Christian O. Basler's second supplement to The Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln has not exhausted the supply of unpublished Lincoln manuscripts. As an ongoing project of the Henry Horner Lincoln Collection at the Illinois State Historical Library and the Abraham Lincoln Association, the following transcriptions of previously unrecorded Lincoln letters are : Thomas F.
